An Ordinance prohibiting fireworks in the town limits of Deer Trail, Colorado.
Be it ordained by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Deer Trail, Colorado:
The sale, purchase, use and shooting of all fireworks in the city limits of the town of Deer Trail are prohibited with the exception of a general public display given by a local civic organization.
