Call to Order

The Board of Trustees of the Town of Deer Trail met in a regular session on Wednesday June 14th, 2023, at the Town Hall, 555 Second Ave Deer Trail, Colorado. Mayor Behrens called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

3.    Approval of the Agenda

TRUSTEE RHODES MOVED; TRUSTEE KERIN SECONDED the motion to approve Ordinance 297 an Ordinance for the administration and abatement of nuisances within the corporate limits of the Town of Deer Trail, specifying penalties for violations thereof, and repealing all ordinances in conflict therewith. Voting went as follows.

9C. Resolution 23-04

A resolution setting an additional ballot question and title for the Town special election being held on Tuesday August 22, 2023, and correcting the ballot question previously set on the citizen-initiate nuisance ordinance. Voting went as follows.

Public Comment
Phil Steel commented on the state of our bridge on Cedar and that we could possibly use the multi-mobile grant. Kip from REAP re-introduced himself and would like to follow up with various grants opportunities.
