The Board of Trustees of the Town of Deer Trail met in a regular session on Tuesday July 12th, 2022, at the Town Hall, 555 Second Ave Deer Trail, Colorado. Mayor Behrens called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

8A. Hawker Substantial Compliance and Public Hearing Date
Trustee Mounce moved; Mayor Behrens seconded the motion to approve resolution 22-09 and set the public hearing date for August 16th, 2022, at 7PM. Voting went as follows.

8B. A-1 Chip Seal
Trustee Mounce moved; Trustee LaMont seconded the motion to not move forward with the chip seal project until next year. The following votes reflect an agreement with NOT moving forward. Voting went as follows

9B. Nuisance Ordinance
Trustee Mounce moved; Trustee LaMont seconded the motion to approve the nuisance ordinance in its most current revised state. Note: Due to the lack of the entire board being in attendance this emergency ordinance was un-lawfully passes and void. Although the voting reflects otherwise be advised this ordinance is not enacted and the motion was not carried Voting went as follows.
