The Board of Trustees of the Town of Deer Trail met in a regular session on Tuesday January 11th, 2022, at the Town Hall, 555 Second Ave Deer Trail, Colorado. Mayor Behrens called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

9D. Mayor Pro Tem
Trustee Behrens moved; Trustee Hendricks seconded the motion to table conduct a silent vote. Voting went as follows. There were three votes for Mrs. Ramirez and three votes for Mrs. Kerin. The item was temporarily tabled until the end of the meeting where Mrs. Ramirez received three votes, Kerin received one vote, Hendricks received one vote and Lamont received one vote. Thus, concluding that Mrs. Ramirez was appointed Mayor Pro Tem. Final vote went as follows.
