Call to Order
The Board of Trustees of the Town of Deer Trail met in regular session on Tuesday December 19, 2023, at the Town Hall, 555 Second Ave Deer Trail, Colorado. Mayor Behrens called the meeting to order at 7:00pm.

3. Approval of the Agenda
Trustee Rhodes moved; Trustee Mounce seconded the motion to approve the agenda with the additions under new business of 7E Sales Tax. Voting went as follows.

4. Approval of the Minutes
Trustee Kettling moved; Trustee Mounce seconded the motion to approve the November Regular Meeting Minutes. Voting went as follows.

Absent: None
The mayor declared the motion carried.
6. Approval of the Bills
Trustee Kerin moved; Trustee Mounce seconded the motion to approve the bills. Voting went as follows.

The mayor declared the motion carried.
Reports
Water/Sewer- The Town pumped 2,281,900; the town sold 2,135,535 to customers, the jetting of lines used 77,908 and a total water loss was 3%.
Approval and Payment of the Bills
Trustee Rhodes moved; Trustee Kettling seconded the motion to approve the payments of the December 2023 bills. Voting went as follows:

Trustee Mounce moved; Trustee Kerin seconded the motion to approve Ordinance 303-Admendment to 297. An ordinance amending Ordinance 297 for the administration and abatement of nuisances within the corporate limits of the Town of Deer Trail. Voting went as follows.
9a. Arapahoe County Law Enforcement Agreement
Trustee Rhodes moved; Trustee Mounce seconded the motion to approve the Arapahoe County Law Enforcement Agreement. Voting went as follows:

A resolution appropriating sums of money to the various funds and departments in the amount and ofr hte purpose as set forth below for the Town of Deer Trail, Colorado, for the 2024 budget year.
