Spring Clean Up

The next scheduled Town clean up day will be Sunday, April 16th, 2023. Dumpsters will be located at 2nd and Elm St. from 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM or until dumpsters are full.

Hazardous items not accepted: 

  • Paints
  • Liquids
  • Batteries
  • Oil
  • Antifreeze
  • Chemicals
  • Tires
  • Anything with Freon (refrigerators etc)

Board of Trustees passed Ordinance 291

The Board of Trustees passed Ordinance 291 on December 15, 2022. This Ordinance implements a $10 late fee for any payment made more than 10 days after the date payment was due. This Ordinance went into effect January 1, 2023.

Change in Bulk Water Rates

The Town has increased non residential bulk water rates from $19.00 per 1000 gallons to $70 per 1000 gallons. These rates will take effect January 15, 2023.

License and Register Your Dog

Please get your dogs licensed and registered with the Town Hall every January and February! The cost is $15 per dog per year.

Sulphur Smell in Town Water

The Town Hall is aware of the sulfur smell in the water. Our maintenance supervisors have been testing the water and it is 100% safe to drink. Please keep in mind that the water tanks need time to aerate. Please allow up to three days for the smell to subside.

Motorcycle Rally and Poker Run

The Motorcycle Rally and Poker Run is scheduled for Saturday August 20th. The last stop will be at the Elks Lodge In Deer Trail. For more information please go to UACED.COM and click 2022 concert/ motorcycle rally.

Town Potluck

The Town Potluck has been scheduled for July 3rd at 4:00 PM. The Town will provide meat and drinks. Residents are asked to bring a side dish or dessert. Dinner will be held at the Rodeo Grounds prior to the fireworks show.

Speed Study

Arapahoe County Sheriffs will be conducting a speed study in Deer Trail for the next several weeks.
